  A : All you need to do is just click on "Register" on www.32833.com and enter your details. You will receive a temporary password. Login with that password and change the password to your desired password. That's it! You are now a registered user of 32833.

  A : myCar™ is a powerful yet personal mobile alert service that allows any mobile user to send a motor-vehicle related alert message to a car driver/owner.

  A : All 32833 users who have activated myCar™ can receive myCar™ message; any user can send myCar™ message to myCar™ user.  
         
  Q : What can I use myCar™ for?  
  A : You can use myCar™:

a. To tell doubled-parked cars to move away.
b. To tell a driver he/she has a flat tyre.
c. To tell a driver he/she has an alarm on.
d. To tell a driver he/she has lights left on.
e. To tell a driver his/her car is being towed away.
f. To find your car or alert the community that you have lost your car.

  A : Other people can activate the same car #, when someone sends an alert to your car#, you and the other people will receive alert message.

  A : Only myCar™ user can receive myCar™ alert message.  
         
  Q : How do I remove a car that I have added previously?  
  A : You can do so by going to Main Menu > Settings > Delist Car  
         
  Q : How do I use the alerts to alert people?  
  A : Click on any alert that you would like to alert other drivers of and enter the car number.  
         
  Q : Whats are alerts on/off?  
  A : Alerts on/off is a setting for you to on or off your car alerts. Once alerts are turned on for a particular car, you will be able to receive alerts should anyone send you an alert. Otherwise, should you turn off all your alerts, you will not receive any alerts regarding your car.  
         
  Q : Where do I add or edit my driver details?  
  A : Go to Main Menu > Settings > Edit Driver Details  
         
  Q : How do I edit my car details?  
  A : Go to Main Menu > Settings > myCar Profile and choose the car# you would like update  
         
  Q : How do I change my display language?  
  A : Go to Main Menu > Settings > myCar Profile > Language. Select the language you prefer. Please take note that Chinese Display will only be displayed properly if your phone supports Chinese software.  
         
  Q : Where do I get emergency numbers, useful information or useful numbers?  
  A : Go to Main Menu > Help. You will find emergency numbers, useful information and useful numbers of banks, taxis etc.  
         
  Q : How do I use car missing?  
  A : Go to Main Menu > Help > Car Missing. Key in your car number. Should your car be missing and we have received sightings of your car, information about your car will be displayed. If you need help to alert the myCar™ community, you can click on the "Click Here" button in Car Missing section.  
         
  Q : Are there any GPRS charges for using this service?  
  A : Yes. There will be GPRS charges for using this service. GPRS charges will be charged by your telco. (Maxis, DiGi or Celcom)

  A : Loving mood is a love message service that supports dedications as well as anonymity* of the sender. You can virtually flirt with anyone, anytime at any place using your mobile phones. It allows you to search. browse and dedicate love notes or messages to your loved ones across mobile operators. It is simple and easy to use.  
         
  Q : Who can use Loving Mood?  
  A : It is available to all mobile operator users.

  A : It is a packet-based technology in which data is transmitted in packets. Its speed connection is currently between 20kbps to 30kbps and WAP over GPRS is available within GSM networks nationwide.  
         
  Q : Why do I need GPRS settings in my mobile phone to download polyphonic ringtones, color pictures, color animations, java games and karaoke?  
  A : You are require the GPRS settings so that you can use your mobile phone to connect to the World Wide Web to enjoy services such as content downloads, play games or even browsing the Internet  
         
  Q : Which mobile network operators support 32833 GPRS Setting Downloads?  
  A : This service is available for 012, 016, 017 and 014 postpaid and prepaid users.  
         
  Q : How do I configure the GPRS settings on my mobile phone?  
  A : You may setup GPRS on your mobile phone by manually key in the configuration into your mobile phone .See Way to Set Up GPRS  
         
  Q : My mobile phone already has preset GPRS settings. Do I need to do anything?  
  A : Some mobile phone manufacturers automatically configure the GPRS settings into the mobile phones in the factory. You will not need to do anything if there are already GPRS settings for your mobile network in your mobile phone. Just select the appropriate GPRS settings for your mobile network. Otherwise you will need to configure the GPRS settings  
         
  Q : I received a message “Service Settings Received” a few minutes after I sent a request for the GPRS setting. What does the message mean?  
  A : This message indicates that you have successfully received the GPRS settings requested. You will need to save the setting into your mobile phone  
         
  Q : I selected "View" instead of "Save" option and there were a few information on my mobile screen that I do not understand. What should I do?  
  A : These information are actually the GPRS settings that will be saved into your mobile phone. You may proceed to save the setting into your mobile phone  
         
  Q : What do I do after I have saved the GPRS setting into my mobile phone? Am I able to use GPRS services immediately after configuring the GPRS settings into my mobile phone?  
  A : After configuring the GPRS settings, you will still need to activate your GPRS service by calling your network operator. Call customer services at 123 from your Maxis Mobile or 03-7492 2123 or 1-300-82-1512 from any other phone and DiGi users may call DiGi Customer Service at 016-221 1800  
         
  Q : What will happen if I use a mobile phone that is not supported by this service to download the GPRS setting? Will I be charged if my mobile phone could not support the GPRS setting sent to my mobile phone?  
  A ; Some mobile phone models might be able to accept the GPRS settings sent, but if your mobile phone could not support the setting sent, the setting will not be able save it into your mobile phone. You will be charged even though your mobile phone could not support the setting sent. You are advised to check the mobile phones that this service supports before you proceed with the download of the setting. There will be no refund of charges made when you download this service using an unsupported mobile phone

  A : Animations are moving pictures that are supported by most phones and are usually in .gif format. Pictures are still pictures that can be supported by most GPRS phones. Tones are polyphonic ringtones that consist of 4 tones and 16 tones. Both are in .midi format.  
         
  Q : What is the price for animations, pictures and tones?  
  A : Each Animation cost RM3.00, Pictures RM2.50 and Tones at RM3.00 each.
