1. 32833 Merdeka Contest Starts on 20th Aug 07 and ends on 30th Nov 07

2. This contest is open to all Malaysia mobile network subscribers.

3. Each sms received will be charged Rm.0.50

4. Each participant can only participate once. Multiple entries will not be taken into account.

5. Participants who successfully answer all 3 questions correctly might stand a chance to win the grand prize. The winner will be selected randomly.

6. The prizes will be awarded as below:-
a) 1st Prize- RM150 reload coupon of any Malaysian network provider
b) 2nd Price- RM100 reload coupon of any Malaysian network provider
c) 3rd Price- RM50 reload coupon of any Malaysian network provider
d) Special Gift- All participants who participate in this contest will be able to enjoy free myCar
service till Dec07.

7. Winners will be notified via the mobile number that was used during the participant of the contest.

8. Decision on selection of winners is final by the organizer and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

9. Participants shall not hold iNavigate Sdn Bhd liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered throughout the duration of the contest, including but not limited financial or personal loss, any error in connection, poor reception, poor quality of network coverage, inability to send sms and other factors so determined by iNavigate throughout the contest duration.

10. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by this contest rules and the decision made.

11. iNavigate shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts in respect of the prizes offered and/or published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.

12. iNavigate reserves the right to publish any information, names and/or photographs of the
Winner in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising or publicity purposes.
